Terms of Use

Using the site

ElfNights is free to use. You may print our letters, notes, rules card and calendars for personal, family and classroom use. Please don't resell them or republish our idea text in bulk; linking to pages is always welcome.

Safety

Ideas are suggestions for adults to set up. You're responsible for judging what's safe in your home: keep small items, hard candy and marshmallows away from children under 4, never use hot bulbs or heat sources, keep fans switched off when used as props, and supervise any activity involving food, scissors or string.

Not official

ElfNights is an independent, unofficial resource. Not affiliated with or endorsed by The Lumistella Company or Elf on the Shelf. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.

Ads and affiliate links

The site shows Google ads and Amazon search links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. We don't control third-party sites, prices or products.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of the site or its ideas.
