Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use ElfNights (https://elf.alexai.top). Site owner: ZhanWei He, contact support@alexai.top / alexlifexyz@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Nothing you type is sent to us. The idea generator, planner, letters and notes run entirely in your browser. Names you type (your child's name, your elf's name) stay on your device.
  • Local storage: the generator and planner save your settings, the ideas you marked as used and your saved plan in your browser's local storage so they're there next time. You can clear this anytime in your browser settings. We can't see it.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect the site, and may keep short-lived logs for security.
  • Fonts: page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google's servers (Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request).
  • We don't run our own analytics, don't have accounts and don't collect email addresses (unless you email us).

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses data from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland may see a consent message managed by Google.

Affiliate links (Amazon Associates)

ElfNights is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Our Amazon links are search links marked as sponsored; if you click one, Amazon may set cookies to attribute a purchase. We don't receive your name, address or what you buy. Amazon handles your data under its own privacy notice.

Children

ElfNights is written for parents and teachers. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; names typed into printables never leave the device.

Your choices

Clear your browser's local storage and cookies anytime, use the ad opt-out links above, or email us with any privacy question.
